Our observations show that where employers leave the cleaning of PCs, telephones etc, to the users, it is very rarely done.
It is easy to understand why; your staff are employed to do a specific task. Not to undertake mundane cleaning tasks for which they are neither trained nor equipped. Our staff on the other hand are trained to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) levels for cleaning this type of equipment. They are issued with the most up to date equipment and are well motivated to do the task as it is their job not a perceived add on.

Leaving the cleaning of this type of equipment to your Daily Cleaning Company can also be false economy. They are often not trained and do not possess the correct equipment. For example using a vacuum cleaner that is not protected against static could destroy a processor leaving the equipment useless.
